Graduate Profile: Training for the World

By Carolina Landázuri, Elementary Director

In line with our Latin motto, “Semper Altius,” we aspire for each student graduating from our schools to reach the highest possible level of integral formation development and always strive to be their highest version.

To achieve this, we have 10 competencies that our students develop, forming the graduate profile. These 10 competencies are gradually cultivated throughout their entire school journey:

  1. Love for God: Our students live a joyful, faithful, coherent faith driven by love; they recognize themselves as apostles and means to bring others closer to God.

  2. Personal Care and Character Formation: They recognize and value themselves as unique and free individuals responsible for their bodies and health. They learn to care for themselves and others, fostering bonds and relationships.

  3. Pursuit of Truth: Through introspection, reflection, and research, they generate actions of commitment and social impact. Our students activate their intellectual curiosity and critical and creative thinking to achieve personal and community benefits.

  4. Healthy and Constructive Affectivity: This allows them to establish relationships and friendships based on the value and dignity of people.

  5. Assertive Communication: Students can communicate, dialogue, and argue logically and assertively in various languages, using different tools and media according to the context.

  6. Creativity and Artistic Sensitivity: Demonstrate sensitivity and critical judgment to appreciate natural beauty, aesthetic manifestations, and fine arts while understanding and expressing themselves in different artistic disciplines.

  7. Innovation, Design, and Problem-Solving: They graduate prepared for life’s challenges, with skills to make decisions through viable proposals, always seeking to improve their environment and well-being.

  8. Critical and Autonomous Thinking: Analyze, reflect, and understand their environment, using logical-mathematical and computational thinking to address and resolve everyday situations, considering the natural and social context, analyzing data, and using technological tools.

  9. Social Responsibility and Interculturality: They know, preserve, and promote their culture. They communicate and collaborate with others in intercultural settings.

  10. Christian Service Leadership: By exercising positive leadership, they joyfully commit to renewing their family, community, and society.

We cultivate positive leadership based on values, skills, and knowledge, making our students happy individuals capable of facing the world with responsibility, character, service, and love.
